The Claremont Residence (MBWA Winner 2022) by Dorian Morelli Designs and con.firm construction, is a combination of steel frame, masonry, concrete and timber frame all situated on a sloped site.

Portalised steel frames were used for stability and documentation was carried out in a 3D model using Revit BIM software. This allowed both the architect and engineering models to be overlaid to ensure the architects concept and precise design intent was captured, whilst increasing overall structural design efficiency, and facilitating the outcome of a high quality and detailed design.
